Spokane Five Mile Course

The course is a Five mile loop on the Centennial Trail and is mostly flat. The course starts and ends near the Carousel in Riverfront Park and loops out and around Mission Park. Volunteers will be posted throughout the course to direct runners. There will be two stretches with the potential to have runners passing each other in opposite directions. Please stay to the RIGHT SIDE of the trail at all times.

Average Weather Conditions

Plan for cool, crisp temperatures at the start line - around 36 Degrees. Please check the race day weather forecast when you get into town and plan to dress accordingly.

  • High average for October 59 Degrees
  • Low average for October 36 Degrees
Water Stations

Water and sports drink will be available approximately every two miles.
Aid Station
Awards
  • Plaques will be given to the top male and female finishers in each race.
  • The top three in each age group will receive ribbons in each race
  • Awards may be picked up at Runners Soul, 221 N. Wall for 30 days after the race
  • Age Groups: < 19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
